We stand behind StraightUp completely. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. You don't need to return the product.

To request a refund: Email support@straightup.com with your order number. We confirm within 24 hours and refund within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or wrong items: Email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund within 24 hours at no charge.

Exchanges: Need a different size? Email us within 30 days — we'll arrange a free exchange.
